Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared within 3-5 business days before shipping.

Shipped via USPS or FedEx with an average delivery time of 15-20 business days. -
International Orders:
Delivery times range from 15-30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances—such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather—may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. For updates, visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. To cancel, email us at meraki@gmail.com with the subject line: CANCEL MY ORDER.
Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect address, email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request changes. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the address once the order has shipped.
Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
